	Once we receive your completed form, We will design 6 concepts and present them to you after 2-3 business days. Upon receiving these initial concepts, review them and let us know which you like and for what reasons. Usually the first presentation is enough. Though, you are entitled to unlimited concepts, and we will work until you get the logo you are looking for. If you do not like any of the original concepts, you will receive a new presentation within 2 days.
	Receive revised logos after 24 hours. Choose final logo. Once a concept is chosen, you will receive all revisions within 24 hours. We use your feedback to redraft further logo designs – unlimited within reason – until you are 100% satisfied with your logo. This process generally takes 2-3 days. You should have your logo in 3-4 days.
	Receive file with finalized logo design When all details are set, we will format your logo design. The design will be sent to you in a vector file ready for printing. A vector file allows for virtually unlimited reduction or enlargement, and, can be converted to any file format you may require. The final files are in full color (CMYK, RGB or Pantone). You will own the copyrights for your design. A CD-ROM is available to you for an additional cost of $50.00 to cover the shipping and packaging expenses.

This will enhance our understanding of what your company is all about. From here we can better grasp your desired image in order for us to faster and more appropriately design a brochure for you.

If you do not like any of the original concepts, you will receive a new presentation within 2 days. Once a draft is chosen, we will make all necessary revisions until you are completely satisfied with your homepage layout. This process can take 2-4 days.
	Receive inner page presentation and revisions. Once the homepage is approved, we will present you with the inner page presentation after 2 business days. We use your feedback to redraft all web page designs – unlimited within reason – until you are completely satisfied. Once the inner page style is chosen, we develop all of the inner pages.This process generally takes 3-4 days.
	Receive HTML or flash coding Once you are 100% satisfied and we receive your approval for the home and inner page layouts, we do the HTML or flash coding (depending on which website package you have chosen). You will own the copyrights for your website. A CD-ROM is available to you for an additional cost of $50.00 to cover the shipping and packaging expenses.
